This work was done based on a longer term agreement between Kvalitás Ltd (www.kvalitas.hu) and HUNAGI in order to reflect the committed enthuniasm and proactive role of the Hungarian GI experts for the wider public inside and outside of the country. For more information please click on the header.
Mission goals and strategic priorities include: Act according to the European Commission INSPIRE principles and coordinate with the UNSDI development process. Support national/cross-border implementation of the INSPIRE Directive. Awareness raising on SDI at political level. Strengthen cohesion between stakeholders and other interested parties ie. public services, SMEs and SDICs. Provide synergies in local, regional, national and global dimensions with outreach towards EU neighbouring countries

CAGI replaced HUNAGI in the EUROGI ExCom

During the General Board Meeting of EUROGI hosted by IGN Belgium, by voting, CAGI replaced HUNAGI while Prof. Rui Pedro Juliao, IGP of Portugal and Ralph Monö, ULI of Sweden kept their position in the Executive Committee of EUROGI.
All the documents prepared by the former ExCom were approved unanimously by the General Board Meeting. The Plan4all project and related actions were introduced by President Mauro Salvemini. Finally the SDI/GIS-related conferences hosted by the CEE and SEE countries have been ranked according to the suggested relevance for EUROGI. The document prepared and distributed by HUNAGI. Requested by the President, EUROGI Members were asked to provide feedbacks in order to set up priorities based on the comments and further suggestion. The listings below is a living document, contributions, new entries are welcomed. Please use the comment field for any enhancements.

2nd National EURADIN Workshop Opened in Budapest
