Support national/cross-border implementation of the INSPIRE Directive. Awareness raising on SDI at political level. Strengthen cohesion between stakeholders and other interested parties ie. public services, SMEs and SDICs. Provide synergies in local, regional, national and global dimensions with outreach towards EU neighbouring countries

ExCom Meeting of EUROGI made important decisions

The Meeting held in Porto on 6-7 July 2007 discussed many items in light of the INSPIRE developments and the conclusions of the 13th GI&GIS Workshop.

Two of the ExCom members are Members of the EU INSPIRE Committee namely Sebastian representing Spain and Antti Vertanen representing Finland.
