Provide synergies in local, regional, national and global dimensions with outreach towards EU neighbouring countries

In some months, the first annual snapshot of the Cookbook Wiki in pdf form will be disse-minated. Referring to the HUNAGI's question in the discussion, translation into additional languages will be facilitated by the editors. The candidate SDI standards were also discussed.
