"Dear Expert/Madam/Sir,In the course of the www.geo-bene.eu Project (EU FP6) on Earth Observation (EO), the IIASA Forestry Program is performing a meta-study to collect GEOSS-related benefit assessments. We are looking for literature and studies measuring socio-economic benefits (qualitative/quantitative) related to EO. We welcome studies from all societal benefit areas illustrating the potential of EO.
This state-of-the-art Meta Study on EO-related benefit assessments will be published on www.geo-bene.eu. This site will evolve into a reviewed public domain database of all GEOSS related benefit studies, open for your own scientific purposes.
